Because of this choice we are able to choose products we feel are best for quality, safety, innovation, ease of installation and service and competitiveness. As a distributor, we are not obligated to market a narrower line of products aimed only at profits derived from what we could manufacture. And so it is that we represent a fair number of manufacturers. Our decision to be a DISTRIBUTOR gives our customers a much broader selection of designs, accessories and price levels. 

In this case American Garage Door Co., Inc. assumes the role of manufacturer. We do so because of the large number of uses for custom ornamental iron products. Each project is specially designed and engineered for a specific application. And because we MANUFACTURE the products tailored to our customers needs a much broader selection of designs and individual preferences are available.
 

Since 1959,  it has been our goal to represent quality manufacturers of garage doors, garage door openers and  related products.

It has also been our goal to find and employ people with the skills necessary to perform the installation and service of garage doors, garage door openers and related products.

We intend to continue serving our customers by furnishing products and information and we hope to expand our market areas through the use of the internet.
